I am back in my workshop and really appreciate your support during this time. Timelines may be a little longer than usual so if you need something for a special date or occasion please let me know. And rest assured, I take the utmost care with cleanliness when making and packing your orders.
Payment
Petra accepts payment by PayPal and bank transfer.
For commissioned work a deposit of 50% is required at the start with the balance paid on collection or prior to postage. All work purchased from Petra’s collections to be paid in full prior to delivery.
Postage and Delivery
All items are sent by Special Delivery to UK addresses; for jewellery the cost of P&P is £9 and £12 for items valued over £500, for large scale works the cost of P&P is £15. All items are insured and have a guaranteed delivery date. For overseas delivery please contact Petra for a price quote. Any damaged work must be notified of within 48 hours.
Returns and Exchanges
Items purchased from the collections can be exchanged or returned for a full refund. Return postage will not be refunded. In order to receive a full refund or exchange the item needs to be returned unworn, in perfect condition with the original packaging within 7 days. The customer is responsible for the full payment and return of items by Special Delivery.
Commissioned pieces of work are made to your individual requirements and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Product Information
Petra’s work is handmade in the UK. Petra uses precious metals and non-precious materials in her collections.
All silver used is sterling or fine silver, the gold is 18ct and all are subject to British hallmarking standards at the London Assay office.
Where gold plating or gold vermeil is used the pieces are hallmarked as silver.
Where non-metal materials eg nylon are used the items are still subject to hallmarking with the appropriate metal mark.
Some items are too lightweight to require hallmarking by the Assay office. These items are legally sold as silver or gold.
Where items are stated to be made of un-hallmarked metal(s) these items include metal(s) that are non-precious rendering the whole piece to be un-hallmarked.
Ring orders: to ensure you order the correct sized ring Petra would recommend you come to her to be measured, however if you are unable to visit her workshop then you will need to be sized at a reputable jewellers.
All work is bespoke and stated dimensions may vary slightly.

You consent for us to collect and process the following data about you: your name; email; the products you have purchased; the show(s) and or workshops that you attend and dates. We will only use this information to keep you updated on our latest exhibitions, products and workshops / demonstrations and to provide you with an individual service.
We only mail out when we have something of interest to tell you about and we do not share our mailing list. All our email campaigns are conducted through Mailchimp meaning that all information can be updated easily. You have the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any point by clicking on the link at the bottom of each mailing. Mailchimp’s unsubscribe feature will remove all of your electronic data and is immediately effective.
